A Special Way to Finish the Season
Burnley FC in the Community were proud to host an unforgettable Play on the Pitch experience at Turf Moor on Tuesday 26th May, giving young footballers the chance to step into the shoes of their Clarets heroes!
Playing Where the Pros Play
Across two exciting sessions, children aged 5–12 had the rare opportunity to play on the official first team pitch – a moment many will remember for years to come. Walking out onto the turf and taking part in matches on such an iconic stage created memories that truly captured the magic of football.
Led by our experienced coaching team, each 90-minute session focused on enjoyment, skill development and building confidence. From fun drills to match play, every player embraced the occasion and showed fantastic enthusiasm throughout.
A Proud Moment for Families
With parents and guardians watching from the stands, the atmosphere made the experience even more special. Sharing those moments together added to what was already a memorable and unique opportunity.
