Burnley FC in the Community is proud to support the EFL’s Together Against Racism campaign. Over the past month, we have been delivering assemblies in our local primary schools about discrimination, inequalities, and how young people in our area can stand up against racism.
As part of this initiative, we tasked our local primary school children, and some of Burnley Football Club’s Academy Players, with designing the warmup shirt for the Burnley vs. QPR match. We were amazed to receive over 500 entries, each one incredible.
Make sure to look out for the players wearing the winning design during the warmup at the match!
