Female Skills Centre

Despite the enthusiasm for women’s football following England’s success in EURO 2022, it is still more difficult than it should be for girls and young women to access the high-quality coaching and support they need to help improve their game.

There are programmes such as Let Girls Play that are doing a great job of challenging stereotypes and providing equal access to football – and we want to play our part.

The Female Only Skill Centre project helps young female players with existing grassroots experience develop their performance.

The sessions are designed to complement existing training to enhance players skills and attributes.

All sessions are planned and delivered to a high quality with experienced coaches.

Players will receive guidance on what they need to work on and develop, alongside specific feedback from their coaches during their sessions.

The sessions are open to all girls aged 8-16.

We offer a free taster session, with subsequent sessions being priced at £5 per session.
