EMPLOYABILITY PROGRAMME

Providing work experience opportunities for businesses and young people in the community

helping young people to get into the workplace

We are looking for young people between the ages of 16-25 to take part in our Hatch Employability Programme and attend paid four-week placements in a business in the local community.

Our Hatch Employability Programme has  been  co-designed  with  young  people  and  employers,  utilising learnings from KFC and UK Youth’s employability programme portfolio, and enables young people to develop essential skills, understand the job market, and be supported in their transition into work. 

Taking part in our programme can bring a number of benefits to candidates, including:

  • Paid work experience.
  • Potential job opportunities.
  • Employability skills and training.
  • Means tested financial support.
