We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Beyond Business at Whitehough Outdoor Centre, a bold new leadership development programme created in partnership with football coaching legend Mike Phelan and performance psychology expert Dave Horrocks (BSc, MSc, MBPsS).
This is not your typical away day.
Beyond Business is a completely bespoke experience designed for organisations, large or small, who want to reinvigorate their teams, motivate staff, and cultivate the next generation of leaders. Set against the inspiring backdrop of Whitehough, this programme blends elite-level coaching insights with immersive outdoor challenges to unlock potential and drive real transformation.
