Lewis Hickie: Youth Engagement Manager
“The best part about my job is being able to offer a wide range of services that are accessible to all young people. My goal is to establish a fully inclusive and accessible platform for young people to learn, grow, and achieve, with the Burnley badge as a symbol of support”.
Caitlin Walker: Premier League Kicks Officer
“The best part of my job is providing a program that enables young people to develop holistically through a variety of sporting and physical activities. My aim is to create a safe and enjoyable environment where young people can freely express themselves.”

Whether it’s seeing them celebrate a goal during a session or witnessing their enjoyment while trying new sports like climbing or golf, it’s incredible to watch them grow and develop throughout our sessions.”

“The best part of my job is the difference we can make in every person no matter the background or ability. It is my aim to ensure we provide a safe and fun environment for all young people to take part.”
